Chinese Cuisine ‘Hot Pot’ style with futuristic flair and luxury feast. Meat barbie, dry ice Wagyu meat, premium Wagyu meat, 1 meter long sauce station, cute broth bullion and a robot that serves you sauce and mints. Oh did i mention there is a body deodorizer?

Hot Pot is a sharing dish were you add raw foods into a boiling broth to cook, traditionally it’s a family and friends type of food that we all share with different ingredients from meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles and for the adventurous ‘innards’. Main component of a ‘HOT POT’ is Broth, ingredients and sauce, they have nailed it!

First you pick the type of broth either spicy or not and style from vegetarian to meat or plain. After you need to select you ingredients that suits your needs and then get your sauce which you can mix your own at their station.

Overall Spice World Sydney was indeed tasty and served it’s purpose, unless you pick all the lavish dishes then you will be broke. However they do have dishes that are budget friendly if you have a good crew to eat with, locally sourced ingredients does make a difference.
