Notes: A Michelin Starred Hawker street food place where lines can be as long as 100 people before opening and gets SOLD OUT pretty quickly because there are limitation in servings. The noodles are nice and chewy with added different toppings which has different textures makes the dish very exciting. The secret sauce binds them all together with a hint of chilli. Get in early or else you have to wait and or worst, not get any at all!

Hong kong egg noodles, Char siu pork, Won tons, Crispy potato wrapped prawns, saffron, chilli, fried onions and an onsen egg. Dressed with a special sauce.

If you don’t come early you can expect to wait 20-45mins especially during peak times. Soft, tender and juicy poached chicken with silky smooth skin taste amazing with the chicken stock rice. Best option is to grab the ginger chilli and dark soy sauce to enhance more flavors of this dish.

If you don’t come early you can expect to wait 20-45mins especially during peak times. Usually serve by 2 older gentleman so you can expect a wait if you don’t come early, the bonus is that they open late (Until 9PM). Specialise in pork noodles which is deemed as National dish and a Heritage by the government this place is a MUST VIST!!!

Egg noodles served Al dente and firm, pork mince, pork liver, sliced of tender pork, won tons, fried sole fish for crispy and tossed in a vinegary, spicy and salty sauce.

 

Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle

The famous silky dark chicken skin on tender and moist chicken roasted for hours, served with egg noodles or rice this dish can make you wait for hours in peak time.

One of the few Michelin starred dishes that is worth the money, cheap eats in Chinatown Complex eatery this resturant alone has a line wrapped around the area, i myself waited for 1.5hrs for the food and the line was building more and more.

Signature dish: Donburi – Black Angus Short Rib bowls with Foie Gras & Truffle

Notes: A Japanese tapas bar with an extensive menu with matching drinks, the layout is like a modern Japanese Bar den with an outdoor seating.

Famous for their DONBURI (Rice bowls) and the use of BLACK ANGUS BEEF. Singature bowl you must get is the ‘Foie Gras Truffle Yakiniku’ which has the delicious grilled black agnus meat, seared foie gras and their black garlic burnt butter sauce in a bowl of their signature rice. Worth a visit for their food if you love Sushi and sashimi and some sake or Japanese whiskey.
